Two-Day Training Event to Feature ETHOS Web Platform Deep-Dive, New Reporting Technology, and Expert Panels
[October 28, 2026] – Registration is officially open for the JailTracker User Conference 2027 (JTUC27), JailTracker’s highly-anticipated annual training and networking event for corrections professionals. The conference will take place April 26-28, 2027, at the Nashville Marriott Airport Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
JTUC27 will bring together jail administrators, IT staff, and corrections personnel from agencies nationwide for two full days of hands-on training designed to strengthen operational efficiency and deepen understanding of the JailTracker platform. The event is tailored to benefit new staff and seasoned veterans alike, offering a comprehensive agenda that includes expert panel discussions, roundtable problem-solving sessions, and interactive workshops where attendees can address their facility’s unique challenges alongside JailTracker staff and peer agencies.
A focus on solutions through technology and community
Central highlights of this year’s conference will be an expanded focus on ETHOS, JailTracker’s web-based platform, and new reporting functionality. Attendees will hear directly from customers who have implemented ETHOS over the past year and the popular “Web Lab” will return, giving attendees the opportunity to test the solution firsthand and consult with JailTracker’s expert staff about whether a web-based solution is the right fit for their operations.

The conference will kick off with a social mixer on the afternoon of April 26, immediately following registration, to provide attendees with ample opportunity to network with peers and industry partners. Building on the success of last year’s interactive sessions, JTUC27 will further expand opportunities for attendees to workshop facility-specific needs with JailTracker experts and fellow corrections professionals. The event will also welcome back partners from previous JTUC events, alongside several new partners JailTracker is excited to introduce to the community.
Recognizing the budgetary constraints many corrections agencies face, JailTracker is offering a 50% reduction in the registration fee for individuals who register by December 9, 2026.
