Join us at our User Conference happening this year from August 27-29 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport in Nashville, Tennessee. This year, we are looking forward to our biggest user conference yet with software announcements, training classes conducted by JailTracker staff, and plenty of opportunities to connect at our networking happy hours.
After the Opening Session, attendees can choose from a wide variety of beginner, intermediate, or advanced classes that focus on Accounting, Reporting, Custom Form, and more. These classes are tailored for every role in an agency—from management to SAAs to field personnel. We will also discuss what’s new and the future of JailTracker’s software.
We’re also excited about this year’s classes taught by JailTracker customers. In these trainings, attendees will be able to hear directly from other users about what they are doing to get the most out of their JailTracker system. The classes this year include:
Head Count Module. This session will cover how Spokane County uses the Head Count module to improve agency efficiency, and the business process that drove the design. Presented by Tim Christopherson, Correctional Officer from Spokane County Jail in Washington State.
Not-So-Advanced Report Writing/Design. Holly Bester from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections will lead this training, offering key user-friendly tips for writing accurate and detailed reports.
This is a User’s Conference that is not to be missed. If you haven’t registered yet, don’t waste a minute. We’ll see you all in August!
